During the current COVID-19 pandemic, processing your order may be delayed up to 5 days. Please contact us at 1-877-751-0740 if you have expedited requests so we can make sure to accommodate you.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. There are certain items that require an additional 1-2 days of processing time before shipping. All orders are shipped with delivery and tracking confirmations. You will receive an email with shipping details once your order has been shipped. If you have an urgent shipping request, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason at all, or you would like to exchange your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a return.
Returned items must be unused and unworn. Please be sure to return all packaging and make sure the item is in its original new condition. We reserve the right to refuse worn or used merchandise.
Unless the item is defective or there is an issue that was an error on the part of Sunrise Outlet, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We advise using a reliable shipping service with tracking and delivery confirmation to ensure your return package is delivered. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
